Spirit of Baltimore Dinner Menu:
Fresh Salads The Salads are served along with fresh baked breads, freshly whipped, and flavored butter. Spirit Salad – Mixed greens mixed with cranberries, apple and chili almonds and served with apple balsamic and roasted garlic balsamic, or bacon vinaigrette. Classic Caesar-Romaine, Parmesan cheese and herb croutons mixed in our home Caesar dressing.
ENTREES The Signature Spirit
Short Ribs-style short ribs and scallion-mash potatoes. Panseared chicken Seared Chicken – Seasoned chicken breasts topped with wild mushroom Ragout, served over herb polenta. Baked Tilapia-Herb-crusted tilapia served on orzo, drizzled with Lemon Caper Sauce. Cavatelli-Pasta, tossed with roasted vegetables and tomatoes cooked in a fontina-based cream sauce. Mediterranean Stuffed Tomato – Vine-ripe tomatoes stuffed with couscous, mozzarella cheese, and basil pesto.
Dessert Buffet:
Mini desserts such as cakes, pastries, cakes, and cookies.

Additional Information Additional alcohol soft drink, alcoholic, and other drinks are available on the boat. The cruise is available year-round under all weather conditions. Every enclosed deck is climate-controlled and the weather will not impact your cruise. If there are severe weather conditions, or upon the direction from the U.S. Coast Guard, the ship will be docked throughout the duration of the celebration. Onboard Photos are sold onboard as well as following the cruise.
Participant Limitations
Children are welcomed aboard our cruises for dinner. Children younger than 3 years old are free. We don’t have a children’s price during our dining cruises.
Additional Information
Additional alcohol soft drink, alcoholic, and other drinks can purchase on the boat. Cruises are available all year round and under all weather conditions. Every enclosed deck is climate-control and the weather won’t affect your cruise. In the event of extreme weather conditions or on the orders by the U.S. Coast Guard, the ship will dock for the duration time of the occasion. The moment of boarding Photos are sold onboard as well as following the cruise. Participants with restrictions on participation are welcome for dinner cruises on the river. Children under the age of 3 are welcome. There is no child’s fee on our cruises for dinner.
Guidelines Dress Codes:
For guys suitable attire is the slacks, a polo, or a button-down shirt. For women elegant slacks Capri trousers or sundress is suggest. Prices may not be applicable for holidays or special cruises, or are subject to changes. The boat is wheelchair-friendly. But, you must notify the company of any special requirements at the time of reservation. *Cruise schedules change often. The guests will inform of the sailing time after confirmation of their final booking.
